Bishop Charles R Walters Sr.
Bishop Charles R. Walters was born to James and Earline Walters on April 15, 1947. He accepted Jesus Christ and was baptized on February 10, 1957 at the age of ten . He attended school in the New Hanover County School District. After Completion, he joined the United States Marine Corp. After being honorably discharged, he made his home in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He attended Central Piedmont Community College and in August of 1976 he married Lady Patricia.
Bishop Walters served at the Adam Metropolitan AME Church. He was one of the founding members of Spirit of The Living God Ministries. Feeling a deeper calling, he enrolled in the Rod Of God Bible Institute under Dr's Larry and Bonnie Allen.
He preached his first sermon on Oct.3rd 1993 and was licensed under Pastor Ann J. Snead. He later was licensed through the Rod of God Ministries on May 1, 1994 and was ordained on July 3o, 1995 he also received an Associate Degree from the Spirit Of Life Leadership and Bible Institute under Dr. and Pastor Hill.
With all things in order, God began to reveal even more. Instructing him to feed 5000, little did he know, God was preparing him to birth another ministry. He became the founder and Pastor of the Remnant Outreach Ministries Inc.
Bishop currently has eleven licensed ministers and five ministries under his leadership and more on the horizon. The Lord is steadily sending other ministers and Pastors for leadership and guidance.
Bishop's Motto is: "God is Raising up an army and he is teaching them to fight!" Bishop Walter's is happily married to Prophetess Patricia C. Walters who serves with him in ministry. They are the parents of six and grandparents to 15 grandchildren.

Prophetess Patricia Walters was born to the Late Ross E. Reid and Eddie Bell Green on May 10, 1950 in Charlotte North Carolina she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and was baptized on July 27, 1958 at the age of eight.
She attended school in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School District. Upon graduation she was awarded a Secretarial Science Scholarship by Celanese. She was awarded certificate of completion for this training at Hampton University and was later employed by Celanese as an Executive Secretary. In 1971 she was the first African American employed by First Union National Bank within there Human Resources Department.
She attended Central Piedmont Community College and in August of 1976 she married Charles R Walters Sr. who in 1996 became her Pastor. Prophetess Walters enrolled in The Southern Baptist Seminary Extension Program in 1990 she preach her initial sermon in April of 1991 and was licensed by The Western North Carolina Conference of the AME Church on May 11th 1991.
On September 15th 1991 she co-founded Spirit Of The Living God Ministries and served as Associate Pastor, and also held various offices within the ministry. Along with her husband she enrolled at the Rod Of God Bible Institute in 1993. She was also licensed to minister on May 1, 1994 and was ordained of July 30th 1995.
Along with her husband Bishop Walters they established Remnant Outreach Ministries Inc. in October of 1995. As founder her husband serves as Senior Pastor. As co-founder, Prophetess Walters oversees the temporal affairs of the ministry serving as Chair of the Church Council, Youth Advisor, Women’s Fellowship Advisor, and Music Director.
